Welcome to SMART CV. By accessing or using our website (https://smartcv.co.za), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Offered

SMART CV provides a platform for users to create customized CVs for a fee of R40. Once payment is made, users will have access to download a PDF version of their CV.

2. Pricing and Payment

The cost of creating a custom CV is R40. Payment must be made in full before the CV is generated. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes.

3. Delivery of Service

Once the payment is successfully processed, the custom CV will be available for immediate download in PDF format. Users will receive a link or button on the website to download their CV.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases made on SMART CV are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, which are customized and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once the CV has been created and provided for download.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using our service. SMART CV will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the CV that arise from the information provided by the user.

6. Modifications to the Service

SMART CV reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to any user for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SMART CV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the user (R40).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
